Hi Guys,
I wanted to let you know that I got a great bill of health from my doctor on Tuesday. He said everything looks fantastic.
I guess it is bittersweet, because I probably will not need PT anymore, mental therapy definitely. However, I still want to come in every once in a while for strengthening training and exercises with Jay, so will give you a call to discuss.
Barbara and Rich, Thanks for all the time and work you have put into my PT and getting me to where I am today... I am truly grateful!
Jay, Thanks for all the great exercises and pushing me....I want more of it!!
Everyone told me PT was going to be hell.... I loved coming. You have a great practice!
By the way, I played my first round of golf today and shot a 95!!! Not bad for being out all season.
I will try to come in over the next week to say hi and thanks in person. You haven't heard or seen the last of me.
