Preneta Physical Therapy offers yoga classes taught by a licensed physical therapist specially trained in both physical therapy and yoga.
Utilizing yoga techniques and adapting them to specific musculoskeletal injuries, this beneficial program will enable each student to work toward their individual goals based on their unique circumstances.
The physical therapist taught yoga program is designed for that student who wishes to benefit from a more individualized therapeutic yoga class or as an extension of a physical therapy program once the patient is discharged from their physical therapy treatment plan.
Your Preneta Physical Therapy yoga instructor, trained and certified in both yoga and physical therapy, will help each student manage individual poses in a personalized yoga rehabilitation program. You will learn to use breathing and specific alignment principles, improve flexibility, align muscles, and decrease overall pain.
